Mother Of Six Identified As Victim Of Crash Involving Dump Truck.

A 41 year-old Columbia, Illinois woman has been identified as the victim killed in a deadly Route 3 crash that also left 6 children injured. Emily M. Webb was involved in the fatal accident Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. on Route 3 near the Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.  Ms. Webb is the mother of the six children.
