Just before noon this past Friday, a truck driver had to be taken to a local hospital after the truck he was driving overturned on I-95 just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This truck accident caused dramatic delays on the interstate as workers attempted to remove the truck which had been entirely blocking traffic on two of the four northbound lanes. When officers arrived, they determined that an SUV was also involved and had hit the side of the truck, creating a hole. This hole led to a mixture of sand and foam being sprayed all across the lanes of traffic and required a special crew to come in and attempt to remove the mixture from the road.
